Hiya! I'm Naiobe, and I'm helping my mom raise funds to support the Dumb Friends League by participating in the annual Furry Scurry. (Technically, only she scurries. I cheer from afar. Too many dogs for my comfort!)
Some of you may know that I started life on the mean streets (somebody found me trying to keep warm in a truck engine!). I was fortunate enough to be taken to a shelter and fostered before I found my forever home. I'm so thankful for the shelter that gave me a chance at a new life, and I want all homeless pets to have the same. I also love the fact that the League's Solutions veterinary clinic provides low-cost veterinary care for pets whose humans can't afford it (even though I personally hate going to the vet myself).
I hope you'll support the League this year. My mom is on their board, so if you have any questions, she'll be more than happy to tell you more.
